I'm a psychotherapist based in London.
I offer a warm, creative and honest environment to explore what it is like being you.
Whether it's anxiety, depression, family difficulties or something you don't have a word for yet, what's really important in therapy is the relationship that we build together.
We will work collaboratively to find an approach to therapy which suits you and move towards meaningful change.
